Got a diagnosis and estimate. Called around to get other estimates and found someone over $300 cheaper. When someone went to pick up the car, I paid for the work they had done, but they wanted to be rude about us taking it somewhere else. There was no reason to be rude or hateful, but he just couldn't wish us luck and let it go.

We have no issue in you taking your vehicle to another shop for repairs we just recommended that you get a estimate on the work to be done . We are sorry if this was taken as being rude.
