Owner was rude and unpleasent to deal with. The mark up on parts was 60% that is outrageous. I had a family member that was charged 60 dollars for an air filter. If I would have known that I would not have used them. That is a huge mark up for a call to Napa to get parts.

I'm sorry if you took our conversation as rude. The fact is during our discussion we explained to you that we have to mark the cost of parts up to stay in business. That being said nothing we install has a 60% mark up . We also give a 3 year 36 thousand mile nation wide warranty with our repair.

When I asked about a discount the representative said there was none. After he swiped my card he explained that I could have gotten 50 dollars off with my AAA membership. I asked if he could give my 50 dollars (which) I needed, he said no. I spent over 400 dollars yesterday and I needed that $50 but they would not give me my money.

The service was great as usual. However I could not open the inspection report except for the cover page with three pictures. I'll stop by to see if you can print me one.

My oil change was done in a timely manner. Michael and Bubba see to it that when I arrive, there is little wait time, the parts are in shop and they use nothing but the best! Call them with any of your auto repair needs.
